Withdraw from a purchase online in two steps. You'll receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail straight away.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (see Returns & refunds). Fill in the form below: step 1 asks for your details, step 2 asks you to confirm. No account or login is needed.
As soon as you confirm, we send an acknowledgement of receipt, with the date and time we received your withdrawal, to the e-mail address you enter. We then send you the return address and instructions within two business days.
