1. Who you are buying from

tavrenoo.shop is operated by OLIVE CLOTHING LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 08529775), registered office Unit 11d St George’s Business Park, Alstone Lane, Cheltenham, GL51 8HF, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@tavrenoo.shop, +44 7340 223435. TAVRENOO is our brand.

These terms apply to all orders placed on tavrenoo.shop. We sell to consumers only. The shop and these terms are available in English, German, Danish, Swedish, French and Dutch; the contract is concluded in the language you use to order.

2. Products

We sell knit vests, detachable knit sleeves, knit collars, knit bags and fine-gauge cardigans. Each product page describes the piece, its yarn composition, how it joins to other pieces, its size and care. Every pair of TAVRENOO sleeves buttons onto every TAVRENOO vest, and every TAVRENOO collar snaps onto every TAVRENOO vest and cardigan; sleeves must be chosen in the size that matches the vest (see the size guide). Knit is made from yarn and its texture and colour can vary slightly between batches and appear slightly different on different screens.

Pictures that show several pieces together, for example a vest with sleeves and a collar, show combinations; each piece is sold separately unless a product page says otherwise.

3. Ordering and contract

1. Choose your pieces and sizes and add them to your bag.
2. At checkout, enter your details and choose a payment method. You can check and correct all entries before you order.
3. By clicking the button “Place order and pay” (in German “Zahlungspflichtig bestellen”), you make a binding offer to buy the items in your bag.
4. We confirm receipt of your order by e-mail. The contract is concluded when we send this order confirmation.

We store the contract text. You receive the order details and these terms by e-mail, and you can view your orders in your account if you have one.

4. Prices and currencies

Prices are shown in the currency you select: US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP), Danish kroner (DKK) or Swedish kronor (SEK). The order is placed and charged in the currency shown at checkout. For deliveries to the UK and EU, prices include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are added and shown before you order; see Shipping. For deliveries to the United States, import duties and taxes may be charged by US authorities on delivery.

5. Payment

You can pay with the payment methods offered at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards (processed by Stripe) and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place your order. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed on the Shipping page. We dispatch within 1–3 business days of your order; delivery times after dispatch are listed there. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we tell you without delay and refund any amount you have paid for it.

7. Cancellation, returns and right of withdrawal

You can cancel an order free of charge until it is dispatched. EU and UK consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery; the instructions and a model form are on our Returns & refunds page, and you can withdraw online using Withdraw from contract here. In addition, we accept returns of unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery, as described on that page.

8. Guarantee of conformity

You have the statutory rights for goods that are faulty or not as described: in the EU a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery; in the UK the rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We don’t offer an additional commercial guarantee. Normal wear, such as pilling where knit rubs, is not a fault. Contact us with a photo if something is wrong.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and wherever the law does not allow liability to be limited. Otherwise we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Promotions

We don’t currently run discounts, vouchers or promotions. If we do in future, their conditions will be shown next to the offer.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of that country. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a complaint, please write to support@tavrenoo.shop and we will do our best to resolve it.

12. Export and legal restrictions

We only deliver to the countries listed on our Shipping page. Our products are clothing and accessories for adults; the buttons and press studs are small parts and should be kept away from young children.
