We process personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and, for customers in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We don’t use analytics, advertising or social media tracking, and we don’t sell personal data. We don’t make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
Who we share data with
- Hosting: Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus), which hosts this website and our e-mail.
- Payment providers: Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland, and Stripe, Inc., USA) and PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (Luxembourg), when you pay with them. They process your payment data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.
- Carriers: the postal or courier company delivering your parcel receives your name, delivery address and, where needed for delivery notifications, your e-mail or phone number.
- Professional advisers and authorities: accountants, and tax or other authorities where the law requires it.
International transfers
We are based in the United Kingdom. The UK and the EU recognise each other’s data protection as adequate. Where a provider processes data in another country (for example Stripe in the USA), the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the UK extension to it) or by standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
- Order and invoice records: 6 years after the end of the financial year, as required by UK tax law.
- Customer account: until you delete it or ask us to; orders stay in our records for the period above.
- Messages and withdrawal declarations: 3 years after the matter is closed, to deal with any follow-up questions or claims.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object at any time. To exercise a right, e-mail support@tavrenoo.shop; we reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU the authority in the country where you live or work, for example Datatilsynet in Denmark, the data protection authority of your federal state in Germany, or Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten in Sweden.
Cookies
We only use cookies and similar storage that the shop needs to work. See our cookie policy.
Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS. Card details are entered in the payment provider’s secure fields and never reach or are stored on our servers. Access to order data is limited to people who need it to serve you.
Children
Our shop is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
