Our 30-day returns

Changed your mind? You can return any unworn piece within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. This is on top of your statutory rights and doesn’t limit them.

Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with the swing tag attached.
You can return a whole set or single pieces from it: a vest without its sleeves, a collar on its own.
For returns because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending the items back. We recommend a tracked service; we can’t refund parcels that never reach us.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return cost.

How to return

E-mail support@tavrenoo.shop with your order number and the pieces you’re returning, or use Withdraw from contract here if you are withdrawing from the contract.
We reply within two business days with the return address and instructions. Please don’t send items to our registered office; it isn’t a returns address.
Pack the pieces securely and send them within 14 days of telling us.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items, or of receiving your proof that you’ve sent them, whichever is earlier. We refund to the original payment method, in the currency you paid. For a full-order return under your right of withdrawal we also refund the original standard shipping cost. You don’t pay any fees for the refund. How quickly it shows in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

If an item comes back worn or damaged by handling beyond what’s needed to check it (as you would in a shop), we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge until your order is dispatched: e-mail or call us with your order number and we refund you in full. After dispatch, return the items as described above.

Faulty items

If something arrives faulty, or develops a fault that isn’t caused by wear and tear or misuse, contact us with a photo. You have the statutory rights of your country: in the EU a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years; in the UK the rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We repair, replace or refund, as the law provides.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good.

You can also use the withdrawal function on our website: Withdraw from contract here. If you use it, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail without delay. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We will tell you the return address when you contact us.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
